Meet Scruffy!!!!
This Pup is 9 months old! Scruffy is THE CUTEST little terrier weighing about 8 pounds. He is super playful with other beta dogs and enjoys exploring the house. He only pees on pee pads inside and learning to go outside. Scruffy is SO cuddly and loves to be in your arms. Scruffy doesn’t really bark, he just whines when left alone for a little and then stops- but no barking or ANY destructive behavior seen. His fosters absolutely adore him. Scruffy would be good in so so many households- he’s just a sweet puppy. Loves kids too. One look in those eyes and you’re sold!
