Calvin is a 4 year old, neutered, 54 lb male boxer mix! He has spent most than half of his life (2-3 years) being overlooked at a small shelter in New York before our team heard about him and a long-term, experienced, and dedicated foster opened up and drove over to New York to get him!
Calvin is a sweet, active boy who is (understandably) nervous about all the latest changes happening to him. He has been friendly and attentive to his foster, and even offered some cuddles already! Per his shelter notes, he has been okay with some slow dog introductions done at the shelter, AND he has been tested with just one of our dogs so far and with a slow introduction has done great! Otherwise he has just really, really enjoys being around humans, sitting on your lap, the couch, a chair, anywhere around you. He is amazing at agility, is super fun and adorable, easy to walk, and again, love loves his humans!
