MEET HENDRIX!
The coolest kid on the block is ready for his forever family!
Hendrix (approx 55-60 lbs) is a ravishingly gorgeous 2 year-old husky boy who was rescued from CVAC earlier this month. He's extremely affectionate with a grateful disposition. He bonds quickly to humans and enjoys neighborhood adventures.
He's a pretty quiet guy, which is unusual for a husky! He's not destructive and does enjoy toys and kongs but he's not as food-motivated as some dogs. That could change. His foster has been working with our trainer on leash walking and he's doing great!
Hendrix's ideal home would be with a human or humans who are active and enjoy spending time outside. He's medium energy so daily exercise is a must- a backyard would be superb. We think he would be great with kids but would recommend older ones just based on his size.
He would do great as an only dog but we also think it's possible he could do well with another calm dog. We haven't tested him with cats.
