Meet Kristi!
Kristi is an incredibly timid and sweet large 6 year old German shepherd. She was saved from the streets of Watts, LA, with her 3 day old puppies.
Kristi was such a champion, she continued to take great care of them all as they grew and though one by one they’re getting adopted, Kristi has no interest!
Kristi could not really be around humans or dogs for the first while we had her. NOW, she can be leashed, walked, be CLOSE to you, knows how to go in the crate on command, and is just getting to take food from people’s palms!! Yay!!!
She just has to trust you first and then she’s SO SWEET!
Kristi has more progress to make, but she can absolutely do this in a home with someone willing to give her time to be comfortable, feel safe, and blossom into the mellow yet AFFECTIONATE girl she is.
She’s currently in Philomath, Oregon.
