Meet MAGGIE!
Maggie is a strikingly beautiful 2-year-old husky, who is as sweet as they come. She currently weighs about 34 lbs and needs to gain at least 8 more, so she’s on a steady routine of good food, rest, and TLC. She settled into her foster home beautifully and is looking for a forever home that will continue helping her build strength and confidence.
Maggie has a calm temperament and prefers to be close to her people. Cuddling on the couch, hanging out quietly, and napping are her specialties. She’s affectionate without being demanding and has an easy presence in the home!
She’s wonderful with other dogs and especially loves her foster brother, a senior husky. The 2 of them can often be found napping or singing the song of their people together. Maggie enjoys playing with other dogs as well- she has a gentle, dainty playstyle. The ideal home for Maggie would include another friendly canine companion. She is potty trained and generally quiet.
At just 2 years old, she’s past the chaotic puppy stage but still young and adaptable. She’s gentle, very sweet-natured, and ready for a stable home where she can continue to gain weight and settle in for good.
