Meet PHOEBE!!!!
Phoebe was saved from the SEACCA shelter euthanasia list (for no fault of her own). She had some kennel cough and leg issues the shelter could not treat because of funds and space. But Bubbles had an INCREDIBLE sponsor who got her FULLY healthy with her vet, fully vaccinated and of course spayed.
Since, Phoebe has had some trauma show. Who knows what her life was like before the shelter. So she’s been with an amazing training program. Now, Phoebe knows sit, down, stay, place, let’s go, is equipment trained, and she is working on her public work and social issues. Phoebe has improved so so so much!!!!! But she still needs a strong handler, she’s is very strong.
There should be no other dogs unless you want to do a crate a rotate type of situation.
Phoebe, other than her little quirks with others, is a love bug with her people. She is food motivated and loves toys and can play all day long.
