This sweet girl was surrendered by her family as a small pup and ended up on the euthanasia list at Lancaster Shelter... until our rescue stepped in and gave her a second chance at life!
Scarlett is only a baby (born 3/24/25), 3 months old!, spayed, vaccinated, dog-friendly, and currently recovering in the most loving foster home.
She may be tiny, but her spirit is mighty — and she's already made herself at home like the little queen she iS.
