Meet Zagreus (Zaggy)! He may be the most handsome Husky/Shepard you will ever meet!
Absolutely matching his Shepard side, he is a velcro dog that will be loyal and love you everywhere. With his Husky side, you may get some sass, but that’s all part of his charm. He is extremely intelligent, learns quickly, and adapts well. He is a very active dog and will need sufficient mental and physical stimulation, along with a strong leadership to guide him. He gets along very well with the fosters resident dog, but she is a Malamute Momma!
He has had some dog reactivity that we’ve worked on and is officially eCollar trained for walks. He is dog neutral and can pass by other dogs on walks just fine, or if there are neighbor dogs across the fence that are non-reactive and friendly, he’ll run back and forth by the fence with them and play! He is curious about cats at first and then becomes indifferent to them (the fosters have 3), as long as there is adequate living space for both species, he will be good with cats!

Yes our rescue is based out of Southern California, however we have 1/3 of our dogs in Northern California and Oregon and 2 at a time in MN (team member there). ZAGGY IS IN MN! And available all over the area.
